Gomez Landscaping and Maintenance offers landscaping and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn maintenance
• Yard cleanup
• Trimming and weed control
• Retaining wall construction
• Fence installation
• Pressure washing
• Tree services

The scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement for each project.

• All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary depending on additional labor, materials, or unforeseen circumstances that arise during the project. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

• Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
• A deposit may be required for larger projects. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and electronic payments.
• Late payments may incur additional fees, which will be outlined in your service agreement.

• Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the service cost.

We are committed to providing high-quality landscaping and maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of the service to discuss any concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

• Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and any necessary permits required for the project.
• Gomez Landscaping and Maintenance is not liable for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide access or required approvals.

• Gomez Landscaping and Maintenance is not responsible for damages caused by natural events, such as severe weather, or pre-existing conditions on the property.
• We will take every precaution to avoid damage to property; however, we are not liable for minor damages to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other concealed elements unless explicitly disclosed by the client.

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Gomez Landscaping and Maintenance and is protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written consent.
